The museum and garden café underwent an extensive makeover in 2020 with custom-made furniture made of light ash wood complemented by selected design classics. With its restrained elegance, the café fits perfectly into the ensemble with its fascinating contrast between old and new.

In connection with the café’s makeover, its menu was also revised. In the spirit of ecological sustainability, the café uses a wide variety of regional suppliers. The exquisite coffee served is provided by Andechser, a reputable coffee roaster, and prepared in barista quality on a LaCimbali espresso machine. Hot chocolate is supplied by Confiserie Dengel from Rott am Inn. The selection of tea available is sourced from Bachfischer Teahouse in Regensburg and Eichenau Peppermint Museum.

The café has the same opening hours as the museum. It can also be hired as a venue for receptions and private functions.
